Credit Cards	by
We accept payments through PayPal... Visa, MasterCard, Discover and others. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Multiple Product Orders	by
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped together as they re-stock, unless you inform us otherwise. International orders will be shipped together and packaged in boxes under 4 pounds - which may result in customers receiving 2 or more packages for a single order.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DKOnatural reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products	by
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns	by
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy

At this time, DKOnatural ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, DKOnatural ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, as well as to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

** Discounts and Free Shipping Qualifier:

Any Free Shipping or discounts on DKOnatural are calculated before adding the shipping costs.

International orders may incur extra shipping charges depending on size and weight of the order. When this occurs we will contact you and let you know any added fees which can be paid for through our website.

For orders in the USA allow 3-7 business days.

- We offer overnight and 2nd Day Air via UPS* USPS* FedEx*.

- Some products will need 2-3 business days, so there is no 2nd Day Guarantee. If you pay for 2nd Day Air, please allow 2-3 days on these items.

- Please e-mail/text/call before paying for Overnight or 2nd Day Air to make sure we have the item in stock and can get it to you in the time requested.

- We are not held accountable and there will be NO guarantees or shipping refunds for any delays due to operating conditions once the package has been picked up by UPS/FedEx/USPS.

For orders to Canada allow 6-12 business days.

- We offer the following for International Orders:

- UPS* Worldwide Expedited - 2-5 days

- UPS* Worldwide Express - Orders placed by 3pm (Mon - Thurs) will arrive the following day.

- UPS* Worldwide Express Plus - Orders placed by 12pm (Mon - Thurs) will arrive by 10:30am the following day.

For orders to other International destinations, allow 6+ business days. We recommend purchasing the Registered Mail in our "Shipping Extras" area on our website, so that you will be able to track the package - if registered mail is not purchased , there is no way we can track it.

*We reserve the right to ship using the best and fastest way at our discretion for all orders. We use USPS, Fed-Ex and UPS and although our overnight and 2nd Day Air states UPS, we will also use the services of USPS and Fed-Ex where we see fit.

International:

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Customs may hold First Claass, Priority Mail, Overnight, Express and Expedited packages as well. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. DKOnatural is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Taxes	by
DKOnatural does not charge any taxes outside of the state of Nevada. International orders that are taxed (or have custom fees) in the country the items are delivered to, are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid for by the customer.

Typographical Errors	by
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
